So a lot has changed since I last updated my journal. I turned 20, I moved to Scotland (only until December) and... I dunno what else.

But I did make a blog to record all the fun stuff I do in Scotland, so please have a visit and comment on my posts if you want! [link]. I've got some cool pictures up right now.

It's kind of hard, being in Scotland. I miss home and I feel sort of isolated and alone... I'm slowly making friends, but I'm still not close to anyone in particular. Luckily I got a pay-as-you-go phone, so I can still call home!

My flatmates are pretty nice. There's about... 4 girls from the UK here, two from the US (three if you count me) and one from Japan.

I've learned that budgeting stuff is pretty hard. DX My mom is covering the payment for the dorm I'm in, but of course I need to buy my groceries, pay for electricity and supplies... etc. Not fun. But I'm managing. Classes here are wacky though. I'm temporarily studying illustration here, rather than animation... but so far I'm not doing much artwork. I feel like I should have just stayed at Pratt. Maybe things will pick up later on into the semester.
